Q. What is the fit of your tees and sweatshirts?

Q. What makes your designs unique?
At Blysswave Studio, we take pride in our unique designs that stand out from the crowd. Our team of talented artists and designers create exclusive and trendy designs that are inspired by the world of art, literature, and fashion. Each design is carefully crafted to bring a touch of blyss to your wardrobe.
Q. Do you accept Cash On Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer COD for most regions in India. However, for certain areas where COD is not available, we may request a prepayment. You will receive a payment link via Razorpay, valid for 2 days. Failure to make the prepayment within this timeframe will result in order cancellation.
Please note that we reserve the right to determine the eligibility of an order for COD.
Q. Can I change my order?
Prepaid Orders: Yes, but only if you let us know within 12 hours of placing your order. Within that time frame, we can make changes to color, size, quantity, input field for customizations and add or remove items. We do not make changes on Gift Cards.
Cash On Delivery (COD) Orders: It is our regular practice to make a quick call for order confirmation solely for this reason, to eliminate any errors in the customer details or the order details. So, feel free to utilize the call to request any desired changes to your order.
Q. How long does it take to process my order?
Once you place an order with us, please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and prepare your items for shipment. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will always do our best to get your order ready as quickly as possible.
Q. What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer a variety of shipping methods to accommodate your needs. Our shipping partners include reputable carriers such as Bluedart, Delhivery, Shadowfax, and Ecom Express etc. to name a few.
Q. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping but only on prepaid orders to all delivery locations across India. Please note that the shipping charges may be mentioned on the packing label, but you do not have to bear the shipping charges. By offering you free shipping, we're paying for the shipping on your behalf.
Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The estimated shipping time will depend on the shipping method serviceable to the destination of your order. Standard shipping within India typically takes 3-5 business days, while shipping to remote areas may take longer. Please note that these are estimated times and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as unforeseen delays.
Q. Can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This will allow you to track the progress of your package and see the estimated delivery date. You can also log in to your account on our website to view the status of your order and track its journey.
Q. The tracking details show the order is delivered but why haven't I received my order?
If you've ensured the order is not received by a family member, neighbor or the security then please let us know within 48 hours of receiving the notification as delivered. We will immediately raise the issue with our courier partner and try to resolve it. After the mentioned timeline, it will be difficult for us to take an action, and we will not be liable for any losses.
Q. Do you offer international shipping?
We do not offer international shipping but we do have an international store and primarily we operate in the US where the fulfillment is handled by a local manufacturing partner based in the US. If you're based outside of India and/or with a delivery address other than India, kindly head over to blysswave.com for a country-specific store experience.
Q. What is your refund policy?
Unfortunately, we do not offer any refunds but in an exceptional situation at our sole discretion, store credits will be issued. Please refer to our refund policy for more details.
Q. How do I view my store credits?
To view your store credit balance, simply login using the email ID you made a purchase with and go to your profile. The store credit balance will be displayed under payment methods section.
Q. How do I redeem the store credits?
Login to your account using the email ID that has store credits issued to it. On the checkout page you'll see an option to utilize the store credits along with its current balance. You simply need to select the checkbox and the entire store credit balance will be applied to your order. If the amount of your order is lesser than the available credits then the updated credits with its remaining balance can be viewed on your profile by logging in.
Q. Do store credits have an expiry?
The store credits may or may not be issued with an expiry date. You can check for the credits expiry by logging into your account and tapping on the credits under payment methods section of your profile. Credits with an expiry will be applied first at checkout.
Q. How do I login to my account?
Logging into your account is a quick and easy process without having to worry about passwords or without needing to sign up. Click the log in button, enter your email ID and simply enter the OTP received in your email inbox from us.
When you first make a purchase on our website, an account is automatically created that's connected to the email ID used while making the purchase. Please note that any store credits if issued to you will be connected to the same email ID. If you need to change your email ID, please get in touch with us.
Q. What should I do if I receive a defective or wrong item?
We have a 5-day exchange policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please refer to our refund policy for more details.
Q. Can I return personalized items?
No, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized items. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure all order details, such as size, color, or any variant, are selected correctly before placing the order.
